While some minor issues with facilities are noted, the overall experience is one of comfort and enjoyment in a beautiful location.

Guests that stayed at this property said

The property is consistently described as clean and well-kept, with one review specifically noting it as 'spotlessly clean'. The high level of cleanliness contributes significantly to the positive guest experiences.

The location is highly praised for its peacefulness, beautiful views, and proximity to nature and local attractions. The rural setting on a working farm adds to the charm, although limited WiFi is mentioned.

Guests find the cottage cosy and relaxing, with a comfortable bed and a warm atmosphere enhanced by an open fire. However, some guests mention that the furniture and mattresses could be improved for greater comfort.

The facilities are generally appreciated, especially the well-equipped kitchen and the cosy fireplace. However, there are several mentions of a poor shower, limited TV channels, and internet issues, indicating room for improvement in maintenance and updates.

While the reviews reflect a very welcoming and helpful host, there is no specific mention of gifts or extra thoughtful touches provided to guests. Therefore, it is not possible to assess this category based on the available information.

The owner is a delightfully friendly and amenable man. He made our stay very easy and relaxing. Could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. The property was as described and the view was perfect. Watching the spring lambs was a bonus, eventhough it is a working farm there was no noise, apart from the odd sheep or cow. Thank you and will definately try and visit again.

Loved lighting the fire in the evening, relaxing in the comfort of this home, looking out on the fields of sheep, lambs and cows. The owner Willie is very friendly abd helpful. Great location if you have transport, lots of interesting things to do nearby, if you enjoy beaches, cliff walks or historical attractions.

The house is on a working farm in a valley over the mountains next to a tidal river. The views were amazing, the animals were a delight and the night sky incredible. It was so peaceful and we truely felt close to nature , we left feeling recharged and content. Highly recommended.
