About this Holiday Cottage

Welcome to Greenfinch Cottage near Bradworthy, an attractive 'upside down' property situated on a working small holding close to Upper Tamar Lake. The dramatic coastline of North Cornwall can be found just a ten minute drive away along with fishing villages such as Clovelly and Appledore.

Inside

The cosy lounge has a sofa, two armchairs, exposed beams, wood burner effect stove, Freeview TV, DVD player, CD/ radio plus a range of books and DVDs. There is also a round dining table with four chairs and modern kitchen facilities such as an electric oven, hob, fridge and microwave. A washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer can be found in the shared utility room.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms

There are two ground floor bedrooms, one double with a four poster bed and one single, plus a ground floor bathroom with overhead shower, WC and hand basin.

Outside

The cottage has a private patio garden and use of the shared gardens and dog exercise field. There is also secure bike storage and off road parking for one car. 

Other Things to Note

The rental charge includes bed linen, towels, fuel and power. The property has night storage heaters plus an electric fire.

There is a Wi-Fi hot spot onsite but as the property is set in a rural location, it cannot be guaranteed.

The nearest shop and pub are two miles away.

The property is not suitable for guests with limited mobility and we don't accept children including infants.

Availability

Short breaks may be available in winter. Two well behaved dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead due to surrounding livestock. No other pets are accepted and the owner does not accept dogs from overseas.
