About this Holiday Cottage

A well appointed retreat for walkers visiting the Northumberland coast, Lynsford is set a gently stroll from the seafront and the beautiful beaches of Beadnell. Enjoy relaxing in the lovely sunny garden and the great choice of facilities include storage for cycling/ walking gear. A superb range of village amenities can be found closeby and the cottage is also convenient for visiting Seahouses - the gateway to the Farne Islands.

Inside

The comfortable sitting room is furnished in a traditional country style with large dresser, flat screen TV, feature fire with electric coal effect fire and a round dining area. The kitchen is well appointed with an electric oven, hob, larder fridge, microwave, electric blender, sandwich maker and breakfast bar. The utility room houses the small freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, clothes airer and provides a handy storage area for bikes and other leisure gear.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms

There are two bedrooms at the cottage - one double and one twin - which share use of a bathroom with overhead shower, WC and hand basin.

Outside

Guests enjoy access into a sunny and enclosed rear garden furnished in a 'pebble beach' style. There is outdoor seating for four people plus driveway parking for one car.

Other Things to Note

The rental charge includes Wi-Fi, bedding, towels, night storage heaters, hot water and a welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, biscuits and wine. A stock of games, DVDs, books and games can be found at the cottage.

Availability

The cottage is not available for short breaks and the weekly changeover day is Saturday.
