The garden area is entered from the lounge via a 5 metre bi-fold door onto a decked area and private garden. South West facing, the bi-fold doors can be fully opened to create an inside/outside living space.

There is also off road parking for two vehicles.

Reading Room House is a ‘no expense spared’ contemporary home with under-floor heating throughout and solar panels for hot water. It is a truly luxurious grand design with spacious rooms and can easily accommodate six people comfortably.
