Perfect for family seaside breaks, Topcliffe is a newly renovated property in Beadnell situated right opposite the beach and five minutes from Beadnell Bay. The A1 can be found just a twenty minute drive away, making this property a superb base for exploring the beautiful Northumberland coastline.

Inside

The stylish lounge has a wood burner stove, window overlooking the sea, two comfortable sofas, an easy chair, large TV, DVD player and a dining table seating six people. There is also a breakfast bar seating area, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, cooker and hob.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms

Ground floor single bedroom with ensuite shower room fitted with a corner shower, WC, hand basin, underfloor heating and heated towel rail. The shower room can also be accessed off the hall.

Two spacious first floor double bedrooms including one which can be presented as a twin if preferred.

First floor family bathroom with overhead shower, WC, hand basin and heated towel rail

Outside

The property has an enclosed rear garden, a wooden dining table with six chair, ramp access to the front door and parking for two cars. 

Other Things to Note

The rental price includes bedding, bed linen, towels, kitchen towel, tea towel, oven glove, electricity, oil for central heating and hot water, Wi-Fi service and supplies for the log burner (October to March).

A welcome pack for dogs is also supplied.

Availability

Short breaks may be available during off peak times. Two well behaved dogs are welcome at £25 each per stay.
