Guests that stayed at this property said

The cottage consistently receives high marks for cleanliness, with numerous guests describing it as spotless and well-maintained. The provision of clean towels and bed linen is frequently mentioned, contributing to the high score.

The location is highly regarded due to its convenience for walking into town and serving as a base for exploring North Norfolk. The proximity to local shops, cafes, and the town centre is a recurring positive aspect in the reviews.

Comfort is well-rated, with guests finding the cottage cosy and the beds comfortable. However, there are a few remarks about the firmness of the double bed and the noise from the road, which slightly affects the score.

Facilities are generally praised, especially the well-equipped kitchen and the inclusion of family-friendly items. Some maintenance issues, such as lighting and a boiler problem, have been noted, which impacts the score.

Guests often mention kind gestures, such as the provision of tea, coffee, and biscuits, which are highly appreciated. It is important to note that while these thoughtful touches enhance the experience, they are not guaranteed for every stay.

Very homely. We appreciated the information that was provided. Looking forward to our next visit that is already booked. The only thing I would say was the strong smell of dogs when you go into the cottage.

Cottage was warm & welcoming in a cold January day. Cottage was VERY clean & well maintained. Lots of little extra comforts which made all the difference. This was our second visit to manor farm and have recommended to family & we will return again soon.

It was well equipped, spotlessly clean and in the hardest of frosts always warm and cosy. It was a very happy time for us, being near to our family for the birth of our grandson, and the cottage somehow added to that pleasure. One small point: the lights are too dim for avid readers, but we bought a reading lamp so that was easily solved.
