Guests that stayed at this property said

Guests consistently describe the cottage as spotlessly clean, indicating a high level of cleanliness that contributes to the overall comfort and appeal of the property.

The location is frequently highlighted as a dream, with easy access to pubs, shops, the coastal path, and beautiful sunsets, making it an ideal base for exploring North Norfolk.

Numerous reviews mention the cottage being cosy, comfortable, and warm, suggesting that guests find the property to be a comfortable retreat, especially after exploring the local area.

The cottage is noted as well-equipped and thoughtfully decorated, with all the necessary mod cons for a pleasant stay. However, one guest could not find oven gloves, which slightly impacts the score.

Guests are delighted by the thoughtful gestures such as homemade scones and jam, and meals prepared by Jo. While these personal touches are highly appreciated, it is politely noted that such gifts are a special treat and may not be a standard offering for every stay.

Located on the coast road, the property is cosy and well equipped. It is freshly styled, adorned with local photographs and conveniently furnished for a holiday by the sea. With an open-plan sitting/dining room, leading through to a practical modern kitchen and small hallway, leading to a family bathroom and stairs to the first floor, this little bolthole is a comfortable seaside retreat. Home from home, everything perfect, the owners have put a lot of thought into the detail. Spotlessly clean, nice and warm. Great garden for doggie. Great location for walks on the marshes, Brancaster beach, and to the pub. Have already recommended to friends. We'll be back.

Lovely warm cottage, ideally placed for the birding hotspots on the North Norfolk coast from RSPB Snettisham to Sheringham and beyond. Well equipped, although I couldn't find oven gloves (there were two silicone mats which would do at a pinch). The week was wet & windy, so it was great to come back to the warmth and comfort at the end of each day. A short walk to the coastal path and harbour.
