Perfectly positioned to enjoy a walk in the woods at Holt Country Park, a stroll into Holt or along to the railway station to catch a steam train, this bolthole is the ideal spot for your discovery of North Norfolk.
This beautiful brick and flint home has two bedrooms (one super-king and one king size), both with en-suite shower rooms and their own identity with decorative, designer wall paper. Open-plan living at its best, a well-equipped kitchen, with Nespresso coffee machine, opens out into a dining area which in turn spills onto the south facing courtyard garden via french doors. A sunny, spacious sitting room area with Smart television, a downstairs WC and a family bathroom on the first floor adds to the comfort of this gorgeously styled home.

Lovely clean comfortable house with private sunny garden in a great location ten minute walk in to Holt a beautiful town with many small interesting shops great eateries, like Byfords, The Folly Tearoom & Holt Garden Centre a five minute drive away for good food. Great pubs close to the north Norfolk coast, National Trust properties and forty minute drive to Norwich city well worth a visit so much to see and do. Will definitely return!
