Great cottage in a great location. Well equipped, recently decorated, close to all attractions in the town. Wells is the best place to be based in the area, went everywhere by bus. Parked the whole week for free on The Buttlands.

Fantastic stay in a beautifully renovated cottage in a superb location. We stayed with our 5 year old son and he loved his home away from home. We spent 3 nights in the property and loved parking the car on the first day and just enjoying Wells from this great base. Very informative welcome pack, it was clear that time and consideration had been applied. Very helpful amenities such as washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, towels, hand soap, tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper. We would love to return again and would highly recommend.

Wow!! This is one of the best cottages we've ever stayed at, we visit Wells-next-the-sea every year and will 1000% be booking to stay here again. The location is right in the middle of Staithe Street, there is plenty of nearby parking and lots of options for pubs. The cottage itself is beautifully decorated and truly felt like a home away from home. The welcome package of local produce was absolutely lovely and if you fancy lighting the fire there are logs to use.
