Perfect for friends and family who like to holiday together, the cottage boasts a kingsize bedroom as well a twin bedroom and two separate shower rooms.  Very well presented throughout, with a well-equipped kitchen and separate utility area with belfast sink.  The living room is light and spacious with a wonderful cosy wood burner and a Smart TV.  The accommodation is all on one level, with a lovely lawned area to the front, and deep bay windows looking out making the ideal space to sit and relax with a good book.  Please be aware that due to the rural location, Wi-Fi via the 4G router may be a little slower. 

Ideal for guests who enjoy walking and cycling, there are numerous established public footpaths, walks and cycle paths close by, and the nearest cycle path is the C2C.  The beautiful hills and valleys of Teesdale and Weardale are both between 20 and 30 minutes’ drive away, and walkers will find themse. . .
