Phillip and Doreen are happy to welcome you into our light and modern home situated on the outskirts of Alnwick.

We are only 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive into Alnwick town centre and all its facilities, also only 5 minutes from the nearest pub/restaurant.

4T4 Bed and Breakfast accommodation is close to a large number of golf courses, beautiful castles, superb unspoilt beaches, and within easy driving distance of the Northumberland National Park.

We suggest that you might like to visit the many attractions in the area whilst you visit us, whether your break is geared to golf, photography or just a get away, there is a huge variety of things to do and see within easy access of our guest house.

Although our holidays are offered as themed breaks for golfers and photography enthusiasts, we are happy to welcome visitors who simply want to enjoy the outstanding natural beauty that we are lucky enough to have on our doorstep, and of course, appreciate quality bed and breakfast accommodation. The world famous Alnwick Gardens, Alnwick, Bamburgh, Dunstanburgh and Warkworth Castles are all close by and easily accessible information can be attained via Northumberland Tourist Board.

Directions to 4t4 Bed and Breakfast

From the A1 North From the dual carriageway, take the first exit, sign posted Alnwick B1340. Turn right at the top and follow the road to the end, (approximately one mile). Turn left at the T junction war memorial. Follow this road (approximately 400 yards) and go straight across the roundabout sign posted Amble (Oaks Pub on your right).

Continue on this road for another 500 yards and turn right into Oaky Balks . On entering Oaky Balks take your first left and proceed down the hill. There is a right hand bend at the bottom. (approximately 100 yards). 4T4 Alnwick Bed and Breakfast is on your right on the corner.

From the A1 South At the first sign for Alnwick, take the slip road A1068, go straight over the roundabout and follow the road to the end, (approximately half a mile). Take forth exit at the mini roundabout sign posted Amble (Oaks Pub on your right).

Continue on this road for another 500 yards and turn right into Oaky Balks . On entering Oaky Balks take your first left and proceed down the hill. There is a right hand bend at the bottom. (approximately 100 yards). 4T4 Alnwick Bed and Breakfast is on your right on the corner.
