Manderine Lodge is a well-equipped property in a beautiful woodland setting, offering a fully equipped kitchen, hot tub, and thoughtful touches. Guests appreciate its great location for exploring local attractions and the countryside. While some areas require attention, the lodge provides a homely atmosphere and is generally well-received for its value and amenities.
The lodge is mostly clean, but there are mentions of a grubby bathroom, stained carpet, and a dirty veranda. Neighbouring lodges appeared cleaner, suggesting room for improvement.
The location is highly praised for its beautiful countryside, proximity to beauty spots, beaches, and local attractions. The woodland setting is appreciated, although the muddy walk to the local bar could be improved.
The lodge is considered homely and spacious, but there are comments about uncomfortable seating and a need for updates. The property felt comfortable for families and pets.
Facilities like the kitchen and hot tub are well-received, but there are issues with bathroom fixtures and appliances that need addressing. The WiFi is noted to work well.
Guests mentioned lovely touches such as wine, crisps, and dog food, which add to the welcoming feel of the lodge. However, these gifts may vary and are not guaranteed for every stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it had everything we needed and more. Lovely little touches like the wine, crisps, dog food and a kitchen with essentials!! Hot tub brilliant! Close enough for days out but in a lovely location, so the best of both worlds. Would definitely return x

It could be improved by putting a path instead of the muddy road.
