We had an amazing, much needed, relaxing holiday. Thank you for the welcome pack.

The appartment is so well crafted and appointed and had everything we needed for a comfortable, peaceful and relaxing break. It was spotlessly clean throughout and perfectly located for the village and many walks, as well as plenty of great places to eat and visit. Philip and Shirley are lovely hosts and it was very interesting to hear about their ongoing restoration of The Old Sawmill. We look forward to returning!

We relaxed as soon as we set foot inside. All the amenities are of a high standard and nothing has been missed. Walk in shower with lashing of hot water was very welcomed after walks in the surrounding hills as was the king sized bed. Great location for walks from the doorstep and travel to Buxton or Bakewell. The host left us an amazing welcome pack which included bread, milk, wine, small jams, tea, coffee etc and was very much appreciated. They have put their heart and soul into the restoration of the Saw Mill and it is a fascinating building. We wish them all the very best for the future and we will certainly be booking again.
