The historic town of Chapel-en-le-Frith is recognised as the Capital of the Peak, home to a wide selection of boutique shops, lovely cafés, supermarkets, and a golf club, as well as a 13th Century Church, the 18th Century Church Brow, and the Market Place with stocks and ancient cross. Take a short drive over to New Mills, a thriving town boasting an arts centre, leisure facilities, children's amusement centre, and a train station with links to Buxton and Manchester Picadilly.
