Invisible to passers-by and surrounded by countryside Nutchat Barn at Grove Farm is a Cotswold gem. The barn is located at the end of a private, tree lined drive in a traditional cotswold yard. Tastefully renovated to an immaculate standard mixing contemporary touches with classic Cotswold features. Together these provide a very high quality of self catering accommodation which has been carefully improved and maintained keeping it 'tip -top' - and we're sure you will agree. Views across the farm are almost uninterrupted - bar the horses. The location is perfect for touring the Cotswolds or popping into Oxford. Inside the barn is absolutely spotless, presented to a very high standard, attractive and spacious and equally perfect for two people. The owners are delightful and helpful yet discrete so you can sit in peace or get the hot tips on the nearby places to see!
Minster Lovell is a village and civil parish in West Oxfordshire on the River Windrush. It is popular for its ruin Minster Lovell Hall, famed for allegedly being the place the ninth Lord Lovell’s remains were found in an underground room. It is often visited now for picnics by the river or long walks through the surrounding meadows, as well as the dovecote nearby. It has several local county inns, including The White Hart and the Old Swan which provide excellent food and real ale. There are public footpaths that cross the field to the parish church or across the river to a small weir where local children often go to swim. Nearby attractions include the Cotswold Wildlife Park and Kilkenny Lane Country Park, both within a short driving distance. Minster Lovell is located 4 miles west of Witney and 2 miles east of Carterton.

The cottage was clean and comfortable and the location was great to visit many villages. We loved playing with Millie (one of the farm's dogs). Would highly recommend.

All the accommodation here is very good and exactly as described. Small working farm, lovely atmosphere. All very private but owners there if needed and very helpful. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful week there. Absolutely everything was perfect, spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished and decorated and extremely well equipped. The bed and bedding were pristine and so comfortable, just as we expected from this top class accommodation. The setting on the farm and the views are beautiful. We loved the peace and quiet. It was good to meet Jade, Ferne and their Father, who were there if we needed any information, but not at all intrusive. Thank you again for a lovely stay. We hope you'll let us return in the future.
