We couldnât fault the property, it was very luxurious. Plenty of room for 6 adults, 1 toddler and 2 dogs. We spent a lot of time in the spacious garden. The bears were a very nice unique touch. There was plenty of room for 3 cars on the gated drive. We would definitely recommend staying here. Most attractions are a 30 minute plus drive away.

The house is decorated tastefully with many original features retained. The hot Tub is a bonus after a busy day exploring what Cornwall has to offer and there is a nice pub about a mile away in South Petherwin. Good base to visit North Cornwall and South West Devon

Lots of thoughtful touches made us feel welcomed, trusted and able to relax in comfort. Was fortunate enough to spend Christmas week here and even received an array of gifts from Santa under a beautiful tree! Daughter particularly enjoyed the hot tub but the whole house, including its comfy beds, were a hit. Thank you again.
