As you step inside this warm and welcoming property, you are met with an open-plan living space, with a cute-as-a-button kitchen, a dining set and two armchairs to relax on whilst watching a romantic film together on the Smart TV. There is a sumptuous king-size bed to snuggle into, along with a large wardrobe to store all your belongings. The contemporary bathroom completes the annexe.
Outside you can enjoy your morning coffee on the decking or sit and watch the sun go down after a day out exploring the coast. There is also an external mixer tap to wash the sand off your four-legged friend.

We had a lovely stay at the little sea shanty and would highly recommend it. We were made to feel very welcome by the owners, it was clean, well presented and finished to a very high standard. Good location for beach, walks and exploring. We loved it so much we are looking to book again next year.

What a new gem for Newquay. A perfectly modern and compact little accommodation. Super location to access all Newquay and the north coast has to offer. Very close to our favourite beaches Lusty Glaze and Porth. Such a peaceful area but so close to walk into town. Everything was truly spotless and the owner was such a friendly host greeting us on arrival and stopping to chat throughout our stay but never intrusive at all. She has made the annex so welcoming for dogs too and even had a little gift bag waiting for our dog. I cannot recommend this property enough. We have stayed all over Cornwall and this one really is the best for location and quality. It’s rare to find such a high standard of property with a super location, parking and a garden at a great price. We cannot wait to come and stay with you again and thank you for being a wonderful host

We absolutely loved our stay at the Little Sea Shanty. Everything had been well thought out and was so purposeful. Particularly, the personalised doggy touches were great! Also, we loved the quiet residential location but still being able to walk into Newquay and all the surrounding beaches. The owner was absolutely lovely and we loved hearing her suggestions of places to visit that we never would have found otherwise.
