The Corn Store receives high praise for its cleanliness, modern amenities, and peaceful location, making it an ideal base for exploring Cornwall. Guests appreciate the well-equipped property, comfortable beds, and the extra touches provided by the welcoming hosts. The spacious outdoor area is a hit with families, and the proximity to attractions like the Eden Project adds to its appeal.

Guests that stayed at this property said

Guests consistently mention the cleanliness of The Corn Store, describing it as spotless and well-maintained. One review suggested room for improvement, but this seems to be an isolated comment in the context of overall positive feedback.

The location is frequently highlighted as peaceful and convenient for exploring Cornwall, with easy access to both north and south coasts. Some guests noted the presence of nearby mines and a less picturesque village, but these did not detract significantly from the overall positive experience.

Comfort is a strong point for The Corn Store, with guests finding the beds comfortable and the living spaces pleasant. There were minor comments about the twin bedroom size and pillow comfort, but these were not widespread concerns.

The property is praised for being well-equipped and modern, with special mentions of the open plan design and eco touches. Some guests suggested the addition of bathroom hooks and noted the lack of curtains or blinds in certain areas, which affected the score slightly.

The hosts are commended for their thoughtfulness, with mentions of a decorated Christmas tree, homemade marmalade, and helpful recommendations. While gifts like mince pies and cream are mentioned, it is important to note that such personal touches, while delightful, are offered at the hosts' discretion and may vary.

For us it’s very roomy and comfortable with a great outdoor space for children. Location wise it’s wonderfully quiet and perfect for exploring the whole of Cornwall. The host are fantastic and very helpful. We will be back for a 3rd visit I’m sure. Many thanks

Has everything you need for a perfect stay! All fixtures and fittings are of top quality with a great kitchen. Gate fold doors and large patio area are great. A blown fuse was very quickly fixed. Bed and sofa were not as comfortable as they looked (that might just be me!). WiFi speed very poor for anything more than basic use. Would definitely recommend this property.

The location is deep in the countryside which suited us and we enjoyed the peace and quiet when not out and about travelling. The cottage location was ideally situated to find lots of charming coastal villages, National Trust houses and English Heritage ruins. All in all a very good holiday.
