Curlews is a beautifully presented property with lovely sea and countryside views, which is still awaiting grading, in Trevone within a 5 minute drive of Padstow.

As soon as you walk in through the door you feel at home straightaway. Well-equipped, spacious and comfortable, with two bath/shower rooms, a second TV in the twin room and pretty pots of flowers on the raised terraced which takes advantage of the sea and countryside views, this is an ideal family house. Situated at the end of a quiet lane in the village of Trevone you are about a 15-minute stroll down to the sandy beach. Trevone has a well-stocked farm shop, a cafe just above the beach and the local pub is just two minutes’ walk away.

    The cottage is in a superb location for access to local walks and Padstow. Amenities are good but need to be checked before guest arrival as there were problems with heating and hot water systems. All of these could have been more quickly resolved with readily accessible information. The housekeeper was very helpful in trying to resolve the issues. We had a very enjoyable stay despite these issues and were sorry to leave Trevone. It is a great location and a beautiful part of Cornwall.
