Steps down to entrance, through the side garden into open plan Lounge/Dining and Kitchen areas with electric wood burner. French doors to large terrace and extensive excellently maintained gardens with many beautiful flowers, 4 ponds, stream and a dovecot. Watch the deer and cows come to the field opposite to feed in the afternoon.

Plenty of garden furniture. Barbeque. The gardens are fully enclosed.
Small children to be supervised at all time.
NB: Not suitable for very young children or the less mobile/elderly. Low ceiling and doorway to Bedroom 1. Due to the situation of access to the Shower Room through Bedroom 2 the cottage is only suitable for couples/small families.
Please note the owner has daily access to the large garden to feed the doves and to tend the garden. The owner will respect your privacy. Part of the large garden is fenced off and open to the public with donations for a local charity.
Parking: Allocated parking space by the Barn.
Additional information:Saturday changeover. Arrival from: 3pm. Departure by: 10am. Dogs stay free, but must be kept under control. Access information available on request.
