Very comfy bed, and nicely furnished and decorated. Quiet location off of the main road but a good base to travel around Devon. We would definitely recommend and would happily stay here again.

It is a very welcoming village with a few really nice friendly pubs, there are cafes and shops, so it is easy to get what you need and you don't have to travel. We enjoyed the walks around the village, we walked to Ilfracombe and up Hangman Hill so for people who like walking it is ideal. I would recommend Combe Martin highly and I would definitely stay there again. As for the cottage, it is ideal for a couple wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Very clean and accommodating, has everything you need and is in an ideal location to get around the village. Again highly recommended and we would stay there again and again.
