Only a few minutes walk from the marina and a short walk to the main beach and town centre and just a few minutes from the marina and inner harbour. A recently built apartment benefits from being on the ground floor and is well presented with a contemporary feel. Having the living kitchen dining room all open plan means you can relax together whilst dinner is cooking and plan your next day of activities. There is an allocated parking space included; so, park your car can and forget it for the rest of your holiday. Everything you need is only a short walk away. Weymouth's beach with its long and golden sands, with shallow waters enticing bathers of all ages. It still offers traditional beach attractions such as Punch and Judy and Donkey rides, help to enhance the holiday feel. A stroll to the town centre and old picturesque harbour gives you a selection of restaurants with cuisines from around the world as well as traditional fish and chips, and numerous pubs. If you prefer to eat at home, the well-equipped kitchen at Marina Reach is great to rustle up a tasty meal. It was quiet, clean, well furnished and appointed, with excellent wi-fi, safe off road parking, and an easy, almost entirely pedestrianised 7-8 minute walk to the town and the beach.

There were no hooks in the hallway to hang our coats when we arrived and we had to use the hooks in the twin bedroom. The cutlery and crockery left a lot to be desired and, alongside the toilets, we had to bleach a number of items before we were comfortable using them, The mirror in the bedroom was of no use for using the hair dryer as there are no sockets within reach and no power extensions available meaning we had to stand semi naked in the hallway and use the mirror there. There is no light when you leave the apartment to go out and in the evening it is pitch black so we had to use our phone lights to illuminate the way to the exit door.

A lot lot of things could be improved with regards to maintenance, e.g :- windows do not open very easily, cupboard doors not hung properly. Overall the apartment was spacious and nicely furnished and adequate for our needs. Only downfall was the lighting going into the property,
