Guests that stayed at this property said

The cottage is consistently described as very clean and well-appointed. One review mentioned finding hairs in the bathroom, suggesting room for minor improvement, but overall the cleanliness is highly regarded.

The location is universally acclaimed, being central and within walking distance to Beverley's attractions, shops, and transport links. Its proximity to the Minster and local eateries is particularly appreciated.

Guests find the beds very comfortable and the cottage cosy. There is a mention of the front room chairs being less comfortable for extended periods, but this does not detract significantly from the overall comfort.

The cottage is well-equipped and maintained, with a few minor issues such as squeaky floorboards and a bathroom radiator not heating up as well as others. The lighting is noted as being a bit dull in some areas.

Guests frequently mention and appreciate the welcome packs, which include treats and essentials. While these are well-received, it is important to note that such gifts, though common, are not guaranteed for every stay.

It is in a brilliant location and easy to walk into town for shopping and visiting the bars and restaurants. We used the train a couple of times and ventured to Bridlington and Hull to take a break from driving. The cinema which is also within walking distance at Flemingate is also worth a visit. Beverley is a great place to visit with plenty to do.
