Guests that stayed at this property said

The property is consistently described as clean and well-maintained. Guests have not raised any concerns regarding cleanliness, indicating a high standard upheld by the owners.

The location is frequently highlighted for its beautiful views and proximity to local attractions, including walks, pubs, and shops. The peaceful setting and the sight of racehorses add to the charm of the location.

Guests find the property comfortable, with spacious rooms and ensuite bathrooms. The presence of a well-appointed kitchen and multiple reception rooms contributes to the overall comfort. However, one mention of firm beds suggests a slight deduction for personal comfort preferences.

The property is praised for being well-equipped, particularly the kitchen, and for having ample space and parking. The utility room for drying gear is appreciated. A minor note about the narrow drive and the lack of a downstairs toilet suggests room for improvement.

While the reviews reflect the owners' thoughtfulness in terms of hospitality and helpfulness, there is no specific mention of gifts or additional thoughtful touches that would fall under this category. Therefore, a score cannot be provided.
