Snaptrip says

Guests generally appreciate the clean, modern chalets with private hot tub areas, set in a good location for exploring the surrounding areas. The site is praised for its cleanliness and friendly staff. Some guests experienced issues with hot tub cleanliness and comfort of the beds, but these seem to be exceptions rather than the rule.

Guests that stayed at this property said

Most guests found the chalets to be clean and well-maintained, though there were a few concerns regarding floor cleanliness, presence of insects, and damp towels. The hot tub cleanliness received mixed reviews.

The location is well-regarded for its seclusion, beautiful views, and proximity to local attractions. It serves as a good base for exploring the area, with some concerns about signage and lighting at night.

The chalets are generally considered comfortable and well-presented. However, some guests mentioned the beds being uncomfortable and the lack of seating other than the bed.

Facilities are modern and the hot tub is a highlight, though there were issues with hot tub maintenance and a lack of cooking facilities. Some guests suggested improvements like better Wi-Fi and smart TV functionality.

While some guests mentioned welcome drinks and the provision of dressing gowns for hot tub use, there is not enough consistent information about thoughtful touches or gifts to accurately score this category.

We had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Hot tub amazing! Ideal location

The hot tub was well maintained. Only reason for the 4* was that there was no hob to enable making meals instead of eating out most of the time, and the bed wasn’t that comfortable but I’ve been to places where the bed was a lot worse. The air fryer was helpful as at least we could cook a breakfast bap.
