Sherburn is a village and civil parish in North Yorkshire, though it was historically part of East Riding of Yorkshire until 1974. Sherburn is located on the south side of the Vale of Pickering, immediately north of the Yorkshire Wolds, and within easy reach of the North York Moors National Park. Sherburn is a great base for outdoor adventures in the North Yorkshire countryside, and it's also close to Scarborough and Filey. The village has a Post Office, a pub, a convenience store, and a newsagent, as well as a few other local businesses. The Great Ryedale Maze, North Yorkshire Water Park, Wykeham Lakes Fishery, Playdale Farm Park, Go Ape Dalby, and Filey Bird Garden and Animal Park are all nearby attractions. We had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Hot tub amazing! Ideal location

The hot tub was well maintained. Only reason for the 4* was that there was no hob to enable making meals instead of eating out most of the time, and the bed wasnât that comfortable but Iâve been to places where the bed was a lot worse. The air fryer was helpful as at least we could cook a breakfast bap.
