A lovely stone barn conversion adjoining a hamlet of cottages in the village of Staintondale, near Scarborough. Ideally suited to a small family of four, this single storey property boasts modern design combined with traditional features, exuding a homely feel. Step inside the open-plan sitting room showcasing a high apex ceiling with central beams, where you can cosy together in front of the woodburning stove. The well-appointed kitchen features neutral dècor and a door leading out to the enclosed garden at the rear. Enjoy the peaceful surrounds and lovely views out to the countryside beyond. The property is lovely and warm which was a godsend as there was very cold easterly wind during our stay. The property is situated in a lovely country side setting and is ideally suited if travelling to either Whitby and Scarborough. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful and thoughtfully had milk coffee, tea and biscuits in the property when we arrived. We highly recommend this property.
