The owner had left some biscuits, cake and prosecco which was a lovely touch. Whitby was only a short drive away, there are some lovely walks around the area and had everything that we had needed
Terry
It is fitted out well with all the appliances you would need..however as an older couple ..(late sixties) the stairs were narrow ,quite steep with a turn in them ,making them difficult to negotiate. The Bed albeit very comfortable was extremely low and again difficult to get out of.. for us older clients. The welcome pack was a lovely gesture and much appreciated. One criticism would be the attention to detail in cleaning..there were a number of areas that could have been cleaner..the drawer in the wahing machine..(now cleaned by us)..the rack in the oven needs a better clean..cobwebs on lights in Bedroom. But the general tidiness was good. On the whole we thought that it was lovely but probably better suited to a younger couple.
