Gorrie's Lair is a picturesque home, with blue shutters on the exterior announcing the rustic charm of the home. Step inside to find a well-equipped kitchen/diner, where you can prepare home-cooked meals in the electric cooker and take advantage of the dishwasher to assist you with the cleaning. Settled in the parish of Kilmonivaig amongst the Scottish Highlands, is the village of Spean Bridge. The village was named after High Bridge, which went over the River Spean. Spean Bridge is now a fantastic holiday destination, with excellent transport into north of Inverness and south of Fort William. The town of Fort William sits on the banks of Lock Linnhe and is home to a wide selection of amenities, including shops and pubs for meals.

There were lots of local attractions, great base to stay in. Overall cleanliness was spotless and had everything we needed. Nice welcome pack and basic store cupboard items, very thoughtful.
