Mill Cottage in Lampeter is highly praised for its cleanliness, peaceful location, and friendly owners. Guests appreciate the beautiful views, enclosed garden, and the hot tub. While some maintenance issues are noted, particularly in the games room, the overall experience is positive with many considering a return visit.
The property is consistently described as spotless and very clean, with only a few minor comments about cobwebs and a dusty games room. The high level of cleanliness contributes significantly to guests' enjoyment.
The location is appreciated for its peacefulness and beautiful views, with easy access to local towns and beaches. However, there is a minor discrepancy in the distance to the nearest pub, and some guests desired closer amenities.
Guests find the cottage comfortable, with a warm atmosphere and cosy furnishings. Some guests mentioned firm beds and creaky stairs, but these were minor issues compared to the overall comfort of the stay.
The facilities, including the hot tub and games room, are well-received, but several reviews mention the need for maintenance and improvements. The games room, in particular, requires attention, with reports of leaks and broken equipment.
While many reviews express gratitude for the owner's helpfulness and the property's amenities, there is no specific mention of gifts or special thoughtful touches provided by the hosts. Therefore, a score cannot be given for this category.

If we had to make suggestions we would say the showers need sorting there is little point the property having two bathrooms when only one shower can run at once and if any water is run whilst showering the pressure just doesnât diminish it just dies so the shower becomes a dribble. Had this not been an issue we would have give the property five star âï¸
