When we arrived the cottage was freezing, the only heating was a small heater and although the living place was really small it was insufficient to heat the place. We had to buy blankets to use whilst sitting in the living place. My husband is in his 70's and I am approaching 70 this was unacceptable. Also half a toilet is not sufficient Also we have booked through sykes loads of times we have never been texted the night before to tell us we had to be out by 10am. We always leave the property promptly so rude

Owners accommodated us at extremely short notice, but still had everything pristine for our arrival. Thank you

nice cottage, most things on hand. lovely and clean. only drawback is the sofas, need updating as so uncomfortable and very low for elderly folk. The cottage is great otherwise. would return if the sofas were upgraded. Thank you for the wine and cookies.
