Snaptrip says

The Sigma Penthouse in Rhyl is consistently praised for its high-spec decor, stunning views, and tranquil location. Guests appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, with special mentions of Gail, the service manager. The property's unique features, such as fold-out window balconies and music memorabilia, add to its charm. While there is a minor note on the lack of hanging space and mirrors in one bedroom, the overall sentiment is overwhelmingly positive, with many guests expressing a desire to return.

Guests that stayed at this property said

There is no specific mention of cleanliness in the reviews, so it is not possible to provide an accurate score for this category.

The location is highly praised for its beautiful scenery, proximity to a friendly pub, and perfect setting for exploring North Wales. The waterfall views and easy access to walking paths contribute to the high rating.

Guests find the apartment very relaxing and comfortable, with a fantastic sofa, bath, and additional snug areas. The sound of the waterfall adds to the comfort level, although there is a minor issue with bedroom storage that slightly affects this score.

The high-spec facilities, including the balconies and music decoration, are appreciated. However, the mention of a lack of mirrors and the inconvenience of stairs for some guests suggest room for improvement in facilities and maintenance.

While the reviews indicate that the staff are friendly and helpful, there is no mention of gifts or special thoughtful touches that would warrant a score in this category. It should be noted that such gestures, if provided, are not guaranteed.

The property and the area were stunning. Not a bad word to say.The owners were very welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. Dave who lives on site was lovely and very welcoming! Would definitely return again to the penthouse suite. Lovely base for exploring the surrounding areas. All the best to Mike, Jules, Dylan and Evan. Thank you ❤️

We stayed with our family and the accommodation easily housed the 6 of us. The views of the waterfall opposite and the clever windows that opened into a balcony were a nice touch. Well equipped and extremely spacious. I loved the music decoration and the guitar was perfect for jam in the evening! Just perfect, we will be back!
