Tremynydd Fawr is a traditional farmhouse praised for its warm, comfortable atmosphere and spacious, secure garden ideal for dogs. Its proximity to the coastal path and panoramic views are appreciated, as is the attentive nature of the owner. While some minor maintenance issues are noted, the rustic charm and peaceful location contribute to a delightful stay.

Guests that stayed at this property said

The property is consistently described as clean and tidy, with guests expressing satisfaction with the level of cleanliness. No significant complaints about cleanliness were noted, indicating a high standard maintained by the owner.

The location is highly valued for its quietness, proximity to the coastal path, and the panoramic countryside views. It is a short drive from St. Davids and local attractions. Some guests noted it is not within easy walking distance to the beach, but the peaceful setting is a significant positive factor.

Guests find the farmhouse warm and the beds comfortable, contributing to a good night's sleep. However, there are comments about the lounge furnishings needing an update for comfort, and one mention of a bed with uncomfortable springs, slightly lowering the score.

The property is well-equipped with a new kitchen and ample bathrooms, though some guests suggest improvements in kitchen utensils and mention minor maintenance issues like light bulbs and water pressure. The quick response to a DVD player failure is a positive aspect of the maintenance.

While guests appreciate the owner's attentiveness and the property's amenities, there are no specific mentions of gifts or extra thoughtful touches that would fall under this category. Therefore, a score cannot be provided.

Nice comfy lounge. Heating was a bit noisy and not an ideal house for anyone with mobility issues as 2 bathrooms on ground floor and 1 bathroom upstairs but a couple of steps down from the top of the staircase. Loved the fact that the house was off the beaten track, so about 10 mins drive to the nearest shop/beach but very peaceful area and lovely bath! Also some great views of the sea if you walk the track behind the house between the fields that takes you to the coastal path.

A lot of attention to detail had clearly been put in. WiFi is a bonus these days too. Very friendly and helpful host. We look forward to visiting again.
