Snaptrip says

Primrose Cottage is a cosy and well-equipped property in a quiet holiday park, appreciated for its cleanliness and welcome packs. While some guests found the cottage to be a good base for exploring, others noted areas for improvement in comfort and maintenance. The property's setting is described as beautiful, though some guests missed having a view.

Guests that stayed at this property said

The cottage generally receives positive remarks for cleanliness, with several guests noting it was clean upon arrival. However, there were isolated complaints about flies and a musty smell, which slightly lowers the score.

The location is considered good for exploring the area, with a quiet setting on a holiday park. However, some guests experienced difficulty finding the property due to unclear directions, and there were comments about the lack of views.

Comfort received mixed reviews. Some guests found the beds uncomfortable and the seating inadequate, especially for those with mobility issues. The lack of a door on the main bedroom was also a concern for privacy.

Facilities were deemed adequate by some, with a well-equipped kitchen and prompt resolution of a heating issue. However, maintenance issues like a broken toilet seat, curtain, and lampshade suggest room for improvement.

Guests were charmed by the welcome packs provided, which included items for both humans and dogs. This indicates a level of thoughtfulness, although it should be noted that such amenities are subject to change and may not be guaranteed.

Unfortunately the outside area was tiny and delapidated. The high wooden fences and close proximity of other properties blocked out any view. I would recommend it as a base for a couple who didn’t want to chill out at their holiday home.

An issue with heating was resolved promptly by the owners, which we appreciated.

The directions however should be changed. They say turn left into "Lodge Park," there is no Lodge Park (there is a Lodge House but the sign is easy to miss). It is clearly signed as "Rhos Holiday Home Park." We were in the right place but could see no signage for "Lodge Park" so thought we had got it wrong. It also says turn left in front of the wrought iron gates but if they are open you cannot see them so they should not be used as a reference point.
