The beams in the bedroom were much more of an issue than we thought they might be, and having the fridge at the opposite end of the cottage to the kitchen was a bit irritating. Our main complaint is that the description says it has an enclosed garden, which it clearly did not have. Our dog could have run off to the main road, or accessed a field full of sheep through a single fence with ease. This meant our dog had to be kept inside.

The area is close for shops and pubs. Cottage had everything needed for our stay. Was nice and warm too.

Great location. Well equipped and spacious kitchen with plenty of cutlery and utensils. Sky box with smart TV ideal for winter nights. Well laid out, en suite in master bedroom, lovely feature. Kate was friendly and helpful, and nothing was too much trouble.
