Georgian Elegance, 21st Century Building Standards

Built in 2008, in the Bath Conservation Area, the building was carefully designed to continue the line of the original Georgian terrace. The outside of the building reproduces the designs of the Georgians but the inside benefits from modern building standards with insulation, double glazing and draft-proofing - a distinctly un-Georgian heating system keeps the apartment cosy all year round!

The Neighbourhood

Central and very convenient. No car needed when you are here! All the famous sights of Bath are within an easy walk. And there is enough to see and do here to keep you busy for days!

Less than 5 minutes walk takes you to the Holburne Museum (a hotel when Jane Austen was here), Sydney Gardens and the Kennet and Avon canal (great for walks and feeding the ducks).

10 minutes stroll past Georgian terraces and Henrietta Park takes you to Pulteney Bridge and the shops.

15 minutes on foot and you are at Thermae Bath Spa
