The property has been recently rennovated and has a wonderful Cath Kidston vibe.
It is conveniently located just 5 minutes walk from St Ives train station and is also just a short stroll from the town.
Wi-fi is available.
A damage deposit of £200 is required on all bookings. This will be returned within 14 days of the end of your stay (assuming there has been no damage).
St Ives is a beautiful harbour with winding cobbled streets, its own sandy coves looking out over St Ives Bay, Lelant saltings and the Hayle estuary on one side and straight out to the Atlantic on the other. For many years, the incredible light, sunsets and scenery has attracted artists such as Alfred Wallace, Barbara Hepworth and Bernard Leach.
There is still a buzzing arts scene as well as a great selection of places to eat and drink. A fun place to wander round the shops. Also, an ideal spot for a bucket and spade and ice cream holiday with some brilliant beaches for swimming and building sandcastles. If you prefer to get in the sea, there's some good windsurfing, surfing and kite surfing beaches nearby and great places to explore on a kayak.
Things to do
The apartment is perfect for those wishing to experience the charm of St Ives. A short walk will bring you down to the lovely Porthminster beach (lifeguarded May – September), with its safe bathing, mini golf and the famous Porthminster cafe.
The apartment is also very near to the train station so no car is needed.
St Ives is famous for its light, art and culture, surf and its beautiful, traditional Cornish harbour. Explore the narrow streets and grab yourself an ice cream – we recommend the locally made Moomaid – but keep a close eye on those majestic seagulls!
