A mid-19th century gatehouse located south-west of the City of Londonderry in Northern Ireland enjoying rural views over the River Foyle, ideal for enjoying a relaxing holiday in peaceful, rural surroundings.
Situated on a working farm just 3 miles from the historic walled city of Derry, which is the UK City of Culture 2013, visitors can enjoy a wide range of attractions and activities which include golf, sailing, cycling, fishing, historic and scenic walks and enjoy a choice of a wide variety of restaurants, pubs, theatres and cinemas.
It is also within easy reach of the Giants Causeway to the East, the golden tranquil beaches of Donegal to the West and the Ulster American Folk Park to the South, to name just a few.
This self catering accommodation has been recently renovated to a very high standard. Awarded 4 Star classification by the Northern Ireland Tourist Board, it has three bedrooms (1 x double and 2 x twin) which can sleep up to six people.

Kitchen: Fully fitted modern kitchen. Electric double oven and ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. Table and chairs for up to eight people. All utensils provided.
Living Room: Comfortable living room with two double sofas, armchair, Satellite TV, DVD, CD player, and a simple, efficient wood burning stove make this a cosy, easily maintained cottage for all seasons. Fuel is provided.
Bedrooms: Main bedroom has two single beds (can be put together) and a wash hand basin. Second bedroom has two single beds against opposite walls. Third bedroom on the ground floor has a standard double bed and large built in wardrobe. All bed linen and towels are provided. Cot and safety stair gates are available on request.
Bathroom: Spacious bathroom with both modern bath and shower. Towels, storage and shaving point provided. Instant hot water.
General: Super views over the River Foyle from the front of the cottage. Garden is secured on all sides and comprises of lawns, small shrubs and larger rhododendrums. Secure parking is provided behind the gates. Walks available around the farm and cycling path into the city nearby. Local shops and petrol station within two miles.
