A peaceful cottage on the banks of Cowlands Creek, nestled between woodland and the sailing & canoeing waters of the Fal, conveniently located close to both Truro & Falmouth. A unique place to stay and explore the woods and the water, or sit by the fire with a book and enjoy
A three bedroom bungalow with an open plan living area over looking the Fal river. The well equipped kitchen, with range cooker, opens out onto the terrace overlooking Cowlands Creek. The living room has French doors opening out onto a private garden with views over the top onto the main Fal river.
There are three bedrooms, 1 double, 1 twin and 1 double or twin depending on your preference. There are 2 bathrooms with showers.

The property is just 10 minutes from Falmouth and Truro and is 30 minutes from the South Coast of Cornwall.
Take your morning coffee down to Roundwood Quay to watch the curlews find their breakfast. The Trelissick woods are your own back garden for exploring, walking and running.
Closer to home, there is a private sunny garden to kick a football around. There is also a patio outside your kitchen door where you can sit out and enjoy the morning sun. Across the quiet lane is a private quay & deck, perfect for a waterside bbq. There is even a mooring if you bring a boat!
A damage deposit of £200 is required on all bookings. This will be returned within 14 days of the end of your stay (assuming there has been no damage).
Roundwood Quay is a magical place. There is plenty to do right on your doorstep, exploring the woods and playing on the river, sailing, kayaking, fishing and ferry trips.
Or you could just sit, have a coffee and enjoy the tranquility of this magical spot.
