Just a 5 minute walk to the slipway and sandy swimming beach of Porthcurnick beach, the South West Coast Path and access to a multitude of lovely secluded coves. This single storey barn is perfect for those that would like level access throughout their accommodation. Located in the heart of the Roseland Cornwall just  a 15 minute walk to Portscatho across the beach or a short drive to St. Mawes. These beautifully presented holiday cottages are perfectly located for a beach holiday, short break, walking or rural holiday.

The cottage sleeps 4 in a twin and double room. It is a single storey cottage with open plan fully-fitted kitchen, lounge area, wet room with shower, WC and basin and the two bedrooms. It has underfloor central heating throughout and digital TV with DVD.The cottage is suitable for mobility impaired guests being level throughout with a walk in shower. 

The fully fitted Kitchen is equipped with cutlery/cookware etc, Microwave,Fridge, Single Oven, Ceramic Hobb, The Living/Dining AreaOval table and 4 chairs, 2 seater sofa and 2 tub chairs, occaisional tables, bookcase.

Please note we do not take pets and smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation.

The Driftwood Hotel and Rosevine Hotels  and the beach with the Hidden hut cafe are just a couple of minutes walk away, or a 15 minute walk across the beach brings you to the picturesque harbour village of Portscatho with its excellent Plume of Feathers Pub and shops, or just a 5 min drive. Between them they provide the best local food from pasties to Lobster.

A 10 minute drive reaches the ever popular village of St. Mawes, home to the Hotel Tresanton, and offering access to the Fal estuary and its renowned sailing waters of the Carrick Roads.
