A delightful retreat ideal for larger families, The Old Vicarage in Beadnell is the epitome of village charm and surrounded by peaceful woodland. Approached by a gated gravelled drive, the property has an elegant ambiance, attractive outdoor space and excellent amenities situated just a five minute walk away. The coastal town of Seahouses can be found two miles away and Bamburgh Castle is also situated a short drive away.

Inside

 The gorgeous living accommodation includes:

Formal drawing room/ lounge - a dual aspect room overlooking the front gardens and side paddock. There is also a large flat screen TV, DVD player, piano, open fire, card table, Wi-Fi and a fully stocked bookcase.

Vicar's Snug - a charming room with two leather sofas, Freeview TV, a DVD player, Mahogany butler's secretaire and lovely views over the garden and arboretum.

Games room with pool table, full size table tennis and Chesterfield style sofa.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms

The first floor bedrooms comprise of a master double bedroom, twin bedroom, a double bedroom (front) and double bedroom (side) with ensuite bath/ shower room.

There are also two first floor bathrooms, each with an overhead shower, WC and hand basin.

The second floor doubel bedroom has an iron bedstead and plenty of storage.

Outside

The property sits in its own grounds and is surrounded by woodland and paddocks. The enclosed courtyard has outdoor seating and there is a BBQ, front garden and woodland arboretum. Parking for four cars is available.

Other Things to Note

A travel cot and high chair can be hired for your stay. The rental charge includes bedding, bed linen, towels, kitchen towel, tea towel, oven glove, electricity, oil for central heating/ hot water, Wi-Fi and winter supplies for the wood burner stove.

Availability

Children over ten years old are welcome. One dog is accepted at an extra charge of £25 each per stay. Please note that pets should not be left unattended in the cottage unless crated or permitted in the bedrooms/ on the furniture.

Short breaks of two nights or more may be available.
