Snaptrip says

Guests generally enjoy their stay at Ullswater 29, praising the stunning views, comfortable accommodation, and excellent on-site facilities. The location is ideal for exploring the North Lakes, and the staff are commended for their helpfulness. Some minor issues with maintenance and the lift being out of service are noted, but these do not significantly detract from the overall positive experience.

Guests that stayed at this property said

The property is mostly described as clean and well-maintained, with only a few guests mentioning areas that could use more attention, such as dust in certain spots and cobwebs. The majority of reviews, however, reflect satisfaction with the cleanliness.

The location is highly praised for its beauty and convenience as a base for exploring the Lake District. The proximity to leisure facilities and the peaceful setting contribute to the high score.

Guests find the apartment comfortable, particularly noting the bed and the views. Some mention the living area being slightly cramped and the furniture, including the sofa, could be more comfortable. The warmth of the apartment is also noted.

The on-site facilities like the pool, sauna, and gym are appreciated, although there are comments about the jacuzzi and steam room being out of action. The kitchenette is adequate but limited by the lack of an oven and small preparation area. The lift being out of service is a recurring issue.

There is no mention of gifts or special thoughtful touches provided by the hosts in the reviews, so it is not possible to provide a score for thoughtfulness. Guests should note that while such gestures are appreciated, they are not guaranteed.

There’s no hot tub (as listed in description) but a lovely jacuzzi by the pool. Staff friendly, all beautifully clean, bed and sofa comfortable and nice big bath towels. Our only complaint was that it was too warm, despite turning radiators off and opening windows (though one was out of use) and the duvet was a winter one.

Property was lovely and in an ideal location for us. The only thing that let it down slightly was that the bar was closed due to staff shortages. It did not ruin our holiday by any means but would have been nice if it was open. Property was very clean and comfortable We have just booked again for next year!
