About this Holiday Cottage

Situated in a beautiful location alongside the River Coquet, 1 Riverside is set a short walk from the amenities of Rothbury and a short drive from Northumberland National Park. Lovely views over the river and Cheviot Hills can be enjoyed and fishing can be found directly outside the property - guests are requested to obtain a license beforehand. 

Inside

The comfortable lounge has a wood burner stove, Smart TV with recordable Freesat, a DVD player, Wii, USB socket and docking station. The dining area can seat up to six people and patio doors lead out into the garden. Modern self catering facilities in the kitchen include an integral dishwasher, electric oven, grill, gas hob, coffee machine and other small appliances. The handy utility room houses the washing machine and fridge/ freezer.

The cottage sits in a large enclosed garden with outdoor seating areas, a BBQ, open log store, rotary line and shed for storage. There is also off road parking for one car and plenty of additional parking at the side on the private road. 

Other Things to Note

The rental charge includes non-allergenic bedding, towels, heating and electricity. A welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar, bread, jam and wine is provided. 

A cot and high chair can be provided free of charge.

Availability

The changeover day for the cottage is Saturday. No short breaks. No pets.
